How long can I stay?

As long as your assignment needs. We specialize in extended stays — multi-week and monthly — and the apartment can be booked by the week or month, up to a full year. Shorter stays work too; just ask.

Do I need to furnish anything or set up utilities?

No. The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready: a full kitchen with cookware, an in-unit washer & dryer, fast Wi-Fi, a workspace, a TV, and linens and towels, with secured parking included. Bring a laptop and a suitcase.

Is it cheaper than a hotel for a long stay?

For a multi-week or monthly stay, generally yes — ask about monthly rates, which come in well under stacking that many hotel nights, and you get a full apartment with a kitchen and a workspace instead of one room. Booking direct also drops the 15–20% OTA service fee entirely.

Where is it, and what’s the commute like?

400H is in the heart of downtown Raleigh (the Warehouse District / Glenwood South) — walk to offices, restaurants, and the gym. It’s a quick drive to Research Triangle Park, NC State, and the state government complex, with Raleigh Union Station (Amtrak) walkable. There is no light rail in Raleigh.
