Who gets an open-air balcony on the 18th floor to watch the sunset? This guy! A fabulous 1-BR apartment has become my go-to stay for business in Raleigh. Fantastic unit, Nest thermostats, firm mattress, and a coffee bar in the lobby. Goodbye, Marriott!

Apartment vs hotel

Built for your move, not just a night

  • A full kitchen

Cook real meals while you get your footing — full-size fridge, dishwasher, real cookware — instead of weeks of takeout and restaurant tabs between two homes.

  • Room to land and regroup

A separate bedroom, a real living room, and a full kitchen — room to unpack, work, and regroup between two homes, not one cramped hotel room.

  • In-unit laundry

Settle in for a month or three without living out of a suitcase — a washer and dryer in every unit.

  • Lower per-night cost

For a 30–120 day stay, a furnished apartment costs far less than a hotel and bridges the gap between two leases — ask about weekly and monthly rates, and booking direct drops the 15–20% OTA service fee entirely.

  • Try the city before you commit

Live in a real neighborhood while you scout where to land — the schools, the commute, the coffee shop — before you sign a lease or close on a house.

  • A local team, not a call center

We own and operate every apartment, so you reach the people who run the building — flexible move-in, easy extensions, and a hand while you get settled in a new city.

Good to know

Questions before you book

How long can I stay?

As long as you need. We specialize in the 30-to-120-day relocation and gap stays — the bridge between selling and buying, or starting a job before your household move — and the apartment can be booked by the week or month, up to a full year. Shorter stays work too; just ask.

Do I need to furnish anything or set up utilities?

No. The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready: a full kitchen with cookware, an in-unit washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, a TV, a workspace, and linens and towels, with secured parking included. Bring a suitcase.

Is it cheaper than a hotel or an extended-stay hotel?

For a 30+ day stay, generally yes — ask about weekly and monthly rates, which come in well under stacking that many hotel nights, and you get a full one-bedroom apartment instead of one room. Booking direct also drops the 15–20% OTA service fee entirely.

Can I use this to get to know Raleigh and the Triangle before I buy or rent?

That’s exactly what it’s for. Stay in walkable downtown Raleigh, try the drive to RTP, NC State, or wherever you’ll work, scope out the suburbs you’re weighing, and sign a lease or close on a home once you actually know the area — not before.

How many people does it sleep?

It’s a furnished one-bedroom at 400H that sleeps three — a separate bedroom, a full living room, and a real kitchen, with room to unpack, work, and regroup between two homes.

Do you allow pets, and how do I book?

Some apartments are pet-friendly — tell us about your pet when you book. Book direct on this page and you reach the local team that owns and operates the building: no call center, instant confirmation, quick move-in, and easy extensions if your move runs long.
