Stay minutes from the show. Neighborhood Theatre — the beloved live-music room in Charlotte's NoDa arts district — sits about a 10-minute drive, or a quick car-free Blue Line ride, north of every Trifecta apartment in Uptown. Catch a touring act in the intimate, ~950-capacity room — mostly standing, right up at the stage — then head back to a furnished apartment with a full kitchen and your own parking instead of hunting for a NoDa space and driving home.

Apartment vs hotel
Built for an event weekend, not just a night
A full kitchen
Feed a group before the event and skip the overpriced venue concessions. Cookware, dishwasher, full-size fridge — all included.
Room for the whole crew
A 2-bedroom sleeps six — one apartment instead of three hotel rooms, with a living room to actually hang out in.
In-unit laundry
Pack light for a multi-night run of shows or a season of home games. Washer and dryer in every unit.
Lower per-night cost
For two nights or more, a furnished apartment usually beats a comparable downtown hotel — and direct booking drops the 15–20% OTA service fee entirely.
Skip the post-show grind
Event lots empty slowly and the drive home is long. Stay minutes away and the worst of your night is a short, familiar trip back to your own door — resident parking waiting, no hour-plus crawl out and no late highway haul.
A local team, not a call center
We own and operate every apartment. Book direct and you reach the people who run the building, instantly confirmed.
Getting around
Getting there & back
Once you're in NoDa you don't need a car — Neighborhood Theatre sits in the heart of the North Davidson arts strip, steps from breweries, galleries, murals, and restaurants, and a ~5-minute walk from the 36th Street Blue Line station. From Uptown it's a quick ~10-minute drive or an easy, car-free train ride up.
LYNX Blue Line
The easy, car-free way to NoDa. Board the Blue Line at any Uptown station (9th St, 7th St, CTC/Arena) and ride about 10 minutes north to the 36th Street Station — the theatre is a ~5-minute walk east into the NoDa core. Late trains get you home after the encore.
By car
I-277 to North Brevard/Matheson into NoDa — about 3 miles / 10 minutes from Uptown. NoDa is a dense, walkable arts district, so show-night parking is a scramble of small lots, decks, and street spaces that fill fast.
Rideshare
A short, cheap hop — roughly $8–$12 and about 10 minutes from Uptown. An easy call after the show, and a natural pairing with the train for the ride up.
Charlotte Douglas (CLT) airport
About 9 miles / a 20-minute drive — easy for a fly-in show weekend.

Good to know
Questions before you book
How far is each apartment from Neighborhood Theatre?
All four Trifecta buildings are in Uptown Charlotte, about 3 miles — a 9–15 minute drive — north to NoDa. The VUE, at the north end of Uptown, is the quickest run. Many guests skip the car entirely and take the LYNX Blue Line instead. Times are approximate.
Can I get there without driving?
Easily — and it’s the smart move on a show night. Board the LYNX Blue Line at any Uptown station and ride about 10 minutes north to the 36th Street Station; the theatre is a ~5-minute walk east into the NoDa core. A rideshare is a cheap $8–$12 alternative, and the late trains get you home after the encore.
Where do I park for a show?
NoDa is dense and walkable, so show-night parking is tight — a few small lots and a deck, paid event lots, and street spaces that fill fast. The simplest move is the Blue Line or a quick rideshare, leaving your car in your building’s resident parking. Stay nearby and you skip the NoDa parking hunt entirely.
What’s coming up at Neighborhood Theatre?
The calendar above pulls the theatre’s upcoming shows live from Ticketmaster and refreshes automatically, so past dates drop off and new ones appear on their own — touring rock, Americana, indie, blues, and roots acts in an intimate, mostly-standing room of about 950.
Is an apartment better than a hotel for a show?
For two or more nights, usually — a full kitchen, room for the group, in-unit laundry, and a lower per-night cost than a comparable hotel, with no OTA service fee when you book direct. And you’re a quick Blue Line ride from NoDa and minutes from the rest of Charlotte.
